Restoring factory default settings

Want to restore the factory default settings on your phone? It's easy, but remember all data on your phone will be deleted. Data on your SIM isn't deleted.

Step of :

1. Find "Factory data reset"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Tap the settings icon.

Tap General management.

Tap Reset.

Tap Factory data reset.

2. Restoring factory default settings

Tap RESET.

Tap DELETE ALL. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your phone and prepare it for use.
