It's important to find out if you can make a call. If you can't make a voice call, you need to solve this problem. When the problem is solved, you will most likely also be able to receive voice calls.

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls on your phone.

Cancel all diverts.

1. Find "Keypad"

Tap Phone.

Tap Keypad.

2. Cancel all diverts

Key in ##002# and tap the call icon.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Missed calls are diverted too fast

Your missed calls are diverted after a specified number of seconds. If your calls are diverted too fast, you need to select a longer period of time.

Set divert delay.

Set divert delay.

1. Find "Keypad"

Tap Phone.

Tap Keypad.

2. Divert all calls

Key in **21*212# and tap the call icon.

3. Divert missed calls

Key in **61*212**the required number of seconds# and tap the call icon.

The number of seconds before the call is diverted should be from 5-30 seconds, in 5 seconds increments, eg. **61*212**20# (for a ring time of 20 seconds before diverting to voicemail).

4. Divert if unavailable

Key in **62*212# and tap the call icon.

5. Divert if busy

Key in **67*212# and tap the call icon.

6. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
